How the draw works

When entries close, the list is locked. Its fingerprint is SHA-256 of every entry sorted by ID, each written as id:tickets:eligible, joined with |.
A Robinhood Chain block about 36 minutes in the future is chosen as the seed. Nobody knows its hash yet.
When that block exists, each eligible entry gets a score: the first 8 bytes of SHA-256(blockHash:entryId) as a number between 0 and 1, raised to the power 1/tickets. Highest score ranks first.
Prizes go down that ranking, rarest first — one per person. The next names are backups. If a winner is disqualified, everyone below moves up one place.
